MaCHinE UsE

This machine has been designed exclusively for rip cutting and cross cutting wood that is up to 70 mm thick. For safety reasons, this ma-
chine must be secured to the ground when in use, as shown in this manual.

rEsTriCTiOns On UsE

dO NOT cut wood thicknesses over 70 mm.
dO NOT cut metal, stone, rubber, plastic, plaster, glass wool, etc.
dO NOT cut logs or pieces of wood with irregular shapes.
dO NOT use it for grooving or moulding.
DO NOT fit other tools or different blades.
dO NOT use as a portable or unsecured machine.
dO NOT modify the machine, its safety devices, guards or switches.
dO NOT use the machine in any way without its guards or required adjustments.
dO NOT use hSS blades.
dO NOT use this saw for making stopped grooves.
reMove the transport proteCtion Before use.
iMportant
Refer to the paragraph "Assembling the base" to remove the transport protection located on the saw motor.
assEMBLinG THE BasE
1. Turn the saw over and place it on the ground as shown in Fig.17.
2. Lightly fasten the 4 legs (29) to the saw using the hex head screws and the nuts.
3. Next, screw the 4 cross-pieces (30) with the hex head screws and the nuts provided Fig.17.
4. you may now attach the rubber pads (31) to the ends of the four legs.
5. before continuing, remove the lower protection plate by unscrewing the 4 screws.
6. Next use the blade adjustment handle to tilt the saw and lift off the transport protection.
7. Re-attach the lower protection plate by re-fastening the 4 screws.
8. Turn over the saw and place it on the ground upon its base.
9. Then fully re-fasten all the screws and nuts on the base as shown in Fig.18.
assEMBLinG THE siDE TaBLE ExTEnsiOns
1. Lightly attach the side table extensions (26) Fig.1 to the saw table (1) using the screws and corresponding nuts Fig.19.
2. Lightly fasten the support bars (27) Fig.1 to the saw frame and to the side extensions.
3. Adjust the table extensions horizontally in relation to the surface of the saw table (1).
4. Then fully tighten all screws as shown in Fig.20.
