OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
TO COOK BY PROBE
With the probe inserted into the food in the basket, slide the basket into the unit.

Plug the other end of the thermometer into the thermometer jack on the unit.
2. Program the unit: Press the TEMP button (it will illuminate in blue), then set
the cooking temperature by pressing the
