Q&A trouble shooting
No operation,the screen will turn off automatically after 2 minutes.Click (+) to remove the alarm.
Q: Why, with a programmed meal, does the feeder not dispense any food?
A: Please check the following:
1. Check if some pet food or other object got stuck in the food container.
2. Check if the power adapter is connected, low-battery level or there is a power outage.
3. Please be sure to fill ONLY with dry food: kibble size should range from 2-10mm in diameter.
Q:If the power cord is severed, will it cause electrocution?
A:We use a 5V safety voltage > 100% safe for pets!
Q:Why food volume for each portion is not the same?
A:The first few portions may vary. After about 6 feedings it should be more even.
