Protection function
Protection for Short-circuited or Reverse Connection: If the output terminals are short-circuited or reverse-connected to the battery,
there will be no DC output, and the LED Power Indicator will flash quickly.
No-load Protection: When the batteries are not connected, there will be no DC output.
Overtemperature Protection Function: When the temperature of the radiator inside the charger reaches or exceeds 80 ±5 , the

charger will automatically reduce the output current for overtemperature protection. If the temperature continues to rise, the
charging current will decrease further. When the internal temperature decreases, the charging current will gradually increase until it
returns to 10A. A waterproof cooling fan is installed outside the charger. When the bottom aluminum stretched plate's temperature
is higher than or equal to 50 ±5 , the fan will work. When the bottom aluminum stretched plate's temperature is lower than or

equal to 40 ±5 , the fan stops working.

Automatic Shutdown after Full Charging: The charger automatically turns off after the battery is fully charged according to the charger's
program. It will only recharge when AC power is disconnected, or the battery is recommended.
Operation method
Matching the charger with AC power grid and the battery
Matching for chargers and AC power grid: Before using the charger, ensure that the AC power grid voltage and its frequency fall
within the range specified in the "Basic Parameters" label. If the voltage is below the nominal input voltage, the charger will shut
down for protection (AC voltage is less than 105V), which will affect battery charging performance.
Matching for the charger and battery pack: Refer to the battery's specification in the "Basic Parameters" label on the charger. Confirm
whether the battery type (12V LiFePO4 / Lead Acid / AGM) and battery rated voltage (V) match those on the "Basic Parameters" label.
Mismatching can lead to undercharging, overcharging, and even permanent damage to the battery, causing significant economic
losses.
AC power wire, DC charging cable polarity, and precautions
AC input wire is on the side of the charger: The plug on the input cable is labeled with I, N, and Earth. Ensure correct matching.
I, N, and Earth on the AC plug should correspond to those on the socket outlet.
The charging output cable is on the side of the charger: Distinguish the positive and negative of the output cable by colors. The
red cable connects to the battery's "+" terminal, while the black cable connects to the battery's "-". Use the M8 ring terminals on the
charging output cable to connect with the corresponding battery terminals. Ensure that the polarity of the charging socket matches
the polarity of the charging plug, or it will not charge. Please verify before use.
Usage instructions
Before charging, follow these steps:
1. Connect the AC cord to the electrical outlet first.
2. Choose the charging battery type by pressing the Mode button.
3. Connect the DC output ring terminals.
4. After the correct connection and battery type selection, the current will be output from the charger.
Simultaneously, the Charging Status LED Indicators will show the Battery Charging Percentage.
After charging, disconnect the DC output ring terminals first, then unplug the AC cord from the electrical outlet.
During charging, you cannot select the charging battery type. If you want to select the charging battery type, first disconnect the
DC output ring terminals, then press the MODE button to choose the charging battery type. Finally, attach the ring terminals on the
output cables to the battery terminals again.
Assembly and dimension
When a fixed position is needed, it is recommended to securely fix the charger in a safe position.
Ensure that there is a safe space of more than 30mm around the charger.
The diameter of the fixed hole on the bottom aluminum stretched plate is 6.5mm, and it is recommended to secure it with M6 screws.
