5-1 CLEANING IN USE : SEE PICTURES
Warning lighting risk :
Grease and carbon desposit can be burnt due to the micro-
wave. it is strongly recommended to remove all the debris in
the cooking area.
If the glass is too much dirty:
1- Remove the grease and burned particles with the delivered
tefl on brush (653623) or the delivered scraper (653664).
2- Wipe the glass and the metallic frame with a damp cloth.
5-2 CLEANING AT THE END OF DAY:
A cleaning instruction card «daily 7/7» is also delivered with
the appliance.
NOTE: use the specifi c tools delivered with the appliance.
WARNING: The cleaning has to be done with the appliance
in high temperature to guaranty the effi ciency of the cleaning
product. Use gloves dedicated to high temperature.
Follow the procedure here below:
Use the specifi c cleaning kit. The recommended cleaning product
is ECOLAB Rapid Grease (0S1195).
1- Turn off the unit.
2- Sprinkle the glass with the cleaning product.
3- Allow to soak for 1 minute. The glass must be hot for a good
effi ciency of the product.
4- Scrub the surface of the glass with the specifi c scraper
(653664), an abrasive sponge or pad. Do not use any razor
blade or metallic tool
5- Wipe with damp cloth.
6- Put fresh fat or oil on a cloth
7- Apply a thin coating of fresh fat or oil on the glass.
5.3 CLEANING OF THE UPPER HEATING PLATE
In spite of the use of the baking paper it could be necessary to
clean the upper heating plate.
If needed follow the procedure here below, also see the instruction
card «weekly 1/7».

1. Switch off the appliance
2. Remove the baking paper
3. Put a damp cloth on the glass
4. Close the lid and allow to soak for 15 seconds
5. Open the lid and put the damp cloth on the articulation of
the cover.

WARNING: Do not use any razor blade or metallic tool on the
glass, it will be damaged.
If some debris stick on the baking paper :
1- Just wipe the baking paper with the damp close.
- EXTERNAL SURFACES

• Clean all surfaces; dirt can be easily removed when it has just
formed. Do not use steel wool, abrasive powders or chemical
products such as sodium hypo chlorite (bleaching powder),
hydrochloric acid (muriatic acid) or other acids to clean these
surfaces; these products rapidly and permanently corrode the
steel or aluminum. Do not use these products even for cleaning
zones next to the appliances, because the vapors can produce
the same destructive effects.
• Do not wash the appliance with pressure lances or direct jets
of water.
• In case of encrusted dirt, grease or sandwich residue, use a
cloth/ sponge wiping with the grain of the satin fi nish and rinse
often: rubbing in a circular motion combined with the particles of
dirt on the cloth/sponge could damage the steel's satin fi nish.
• Clean both sides and the back of the appliance. Take care not
to introduce water into the appliance through the openings.
• Take care when cleaning to not damage or unglue the control
panel sticker.
6. Spray the upper heating plate with ECOLAB Rapid Grease.
7. Allow to soak for 1 minute.
8. Scrub the upper heating plate with the delivered tefl on brush
653623.
9. Wipe the stripes of the upper heating plate.
10. Put fresh fat or oil on a cloth.
11. Apply a thin coating of fresh fat or oil on the upper heating
plate.
