INSTALLATION OF THE WASH BASIN AND WATER HEATER (FIGURE 8)
Wash basin
The wash basin can be fastened to a flat wall (852001/852011/852021/852023 - Figure 1) or on a 90° wall corner (852002 /852012/852022/852023 - Figure 2):
y fasten the holder 1 using the 4 screws and bushings 2 (Figure 3 - B: mains supply version - A: battery supply vers). The measurement in height indicated corresponds to a position
above the tray of 850 mm with regards to the floor.
y fasten the basin 8 onto the holder using the washers 3 and nuts 4.
y fasten (Figures 4 & 5):
- the tap 7 using the nuts 11 inserting the plate 10 (be careful with the assembly direction).
- the plug (9+12+13).
- the siphon 14.
- the grommet 15 on the rear wall of the basin 8 and pass the cable, coming from the swan neck 7, in the grommet 15.
y Figures 6 & 7 :
- remove the cover from the power supply box
- loosen the upper nut on the cable gland 1, and pass the cable coming from the swan neck 7.
Figure 6 (mains supply) :
- engage the two wires A (brown colour) and B (blue colour) into the connector 3.
- Be careful with the assembly direction:
* position of the two wires.
* locking tab 2 of the two contacts towards the rear.
* tab 4 of the connector 3 towards the front and push the wires until blocking.
- connect the connector on the board.
Figure 7 (battery supply) :
- connect the 2 wires A (brown colour) and B (blue colour) in the terminal block 3.
- connect the two wires C (red colour) and D (black colour) in the terminal block 3.
- fit the 8 C/LR14 batteries.
- tighten the upper net on the cable gland in order to block the cable.
- fasten the box onto the holder 1 with 2 TF M4x16 screws in the two holes 5.
- fasten the cover of the box.
Water heater (Figures 9 and 10)
y fasten the water heater using 2 screws and bushings, to the left of the wash basin and in the area under the tray (measurements of 20 and 80 mm with regards to the left edge).
Check beforehand that the transparent plastic pipe 53 coming from the water heater (Figure 10) can be connected.
POWER SUPPLY
The wash basin (mains supply ) and the water heater will be connected under the control of a high-sensitivity differential circuit breaker with protection against current overloads (10A
gL fuse or thermal circuit breaker 10A with high breaking capacity).
According to the connecting areas and current regulations, they will be connected:
- to a 16 amp earthed female wall socket with protection index of IP24.
Or
- in an IP25 box. In this case, it may be necessary to remove the the plug from the cord and to connect the cable to an earthed terminal block, add an omnipolar power switch
between the devices and the power supply, with a contact opening distance of 3mm or more between each pole.
WATER SUPPLY
Maximum network pressure: 0.6 MPa (6 bars).
Use the connecting elements provided with the devices and do not use worn elements.
Wash basin without water heater 852001/852002/852021/852022 (Figure 8) :
y connect the water supply to the inlet of the solenoid valve G3/8'' by inserting the filter seal 6 provided.
Wash basin without water heater and with mixer 852011/852012/852023/852024 (Figure 16):
y mount the connector 58 on the inlet of the solenoid valve G3/8'' by inserting the filter seal 6 provided, then the mixer 59 with the 1/2'' seal. Connect a hot water/cold water
supply to the inlets of the mixer.
Wash basin with water heater (Figure 10) :
y connect the water supply to the inlet hose 54 G3/8'' of the water heater by inserting the filter seal 6 provided.
y install the two connectors 51 and 52 onto the inlet G3/8'' of the solenoid valve of the wash basin, and connect the transparent plastic pipe 53 to the connector 52.
INSTALLATION OF THE WASTE BIN (FIGURE 3)
y Hook the waste bin holder 5 onto the wash basin holder 1. Install the waste bin (with side ears positioned on the two right and left wires).
INSTALLATION OF THE NAIL BRUSH (FIGURE 11)
y Remove the gray protective device located on the vertical right side of the wash basin holder 1.
y Fasten the brush holder 18 with the two screws 20 and hook the brush 19.
MIXER HEAD AND SOAP
y Manigerm 0.5L : Contains: Polyhexamethylene biguanide CASE No. 28757-47-2: 0.96% (m/m) - Ethanol CASE No. 64-17-5: 0.25% (m/m).
Bactericidal and fungicide speciality for hand hygiene. PT 1 liquid formulation for professional use. Instructions for use: place the hands under the cell. Automatic dosage: 3ml
according to setting. Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of an emergency, contact the nearest poison control centre. The product's packaging must be disposed of as hazardous
waste under the complete responsibility of the holder of this waste. Store only in the original packing. Do not dispose of residues into sewers or rivers
y Remove the protective cap from the soap tank 16, and scrape off the residue if necessary.
y Screw the mixer head 15 onto the tank.
y Install the unit on the wash basin (Figure 12) in the following order:
- 1: pull the head holder A towards the front.
- 2: set the unit in place complying with the direction (transparent side C, of the mixer head, oriented towards the wash basin).
- 3: push back the head holder A. This prevents incorrect orientation of the mixer head. If you cannot fully press the latter in, remove the unit and rotate it half a turn.
y with the head holder removed, the indicator light B is red.
y with the head in position with a mixer head, the indicator light B blinks and switches to green.
