    3.1 Einführung Diese Betriebsanleitung hilft Ihnen, den Turbo-Stripper besser kennenzulernen und optimal zu nutzen. Sie finden hilfreiche Informationen mit denen Sie Gefahren rechtzeitig erkennen und vermeiden können. Sie tragen damit nicht nur zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit bei, son- dern vermindern Reparaturkosten und erhöhen die Lebens- dauer Ihrer Maschine.

    4.0 Wartung und Pflege Der Turbostripper ist weitgehend wartungsfrei. Die Führungen Schmiernippel der Schwingerbolzen sind von Zeit zu Zeit (ca. 500 qm) etwas nachzufetten. Die Schmiernippel dafür sind vorne seitlich rechts und links (siehe Bild). Das beim Betrieb austretende Fett bewirkt ein Ausschwemmen eingebrachter Schmutzpartikel.
  • Page 6 5.1 Inbetriebnahme Der Turbo-Stripper hat eine Betriebslampe im Betriebsschalter integriert. Die Betriebslampe zeigt an, ob Netzspannung vorhanden ist. Der Schalter geht bei Spannungsausfall aus. Zeigt die Betriebsleuchte keine Spannung an, andere Steckdose probieren und Spannungsversorgung kontrollieren. Tritt während des Betriebs eine Netzunterbrechung auf, den Turbo-Stripper wieder neu einschalten.

    5.4 Notlauf Der Turbo-Stripper kann im Notfall auch ohne Handkupplung betrieben werden, z.B. wenn diese defekt ist. Dabei wie folgt vorgehen: Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen Notlaufplättchen (1) entfernen (oberhalb des Kupplungssteckers (2) montiert) Notlaufplättchen anstelle der Kupplung in die Nut einstecken Rändelschraube (3) eindrehen bis die Antriebsräder blockieren Notlaufplättchen mit Flügelmutter (4) fixieren...
  • Page 8 Gewährleistung Der Gewährleistungszeitraum für neue Wolff Maschinen beträgt ein Jahr ab dem Zeitpunkt der Übergabe / Ablieferung an den Kunden, soweit nicht nach zwingenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften etwas anderes gilt. Bei der Geltendmachung von Gewährleistungsansprüchen hat grundsätzlich auch die Vorlage der Rechnung bzw.

    3.1 Introduction This operating manual should be used to get the most benefit from your Turbo-Stripper. Following these instructions will both extend the life of your machine and reduce repair costs. Please ensure any user of the machine is fully familiar with the instructions for use before allowing work to start.

    4.0 Maintenance Lubricator nipples The Turbo-Stripper is virtually maintenance-free. Have the guides of the swing bolts lubricated from time to time (after approx. 500 square meters). The lubricator nipples are located collateral on the front side (see picture). The used grease will flush dirt out of the machine. Press maximum 3 to 4 times with the grease gun.

    5.1 Starting The Turbo-Stripper is equipped with a power-on indicator lamp and an operating switch. The switch runs off at low-voltage failures. If the lamp does not indicate power-on, use another power socket or check power supply. If a mains power failure occurs during operation, switch-on the machine again.

    5.4 Emergency running The Turbo-Stripper can be operated also with broken or damaged hand clutch as follows: disconnect power supply remove emergency-run-plate (1) (mounted on top of the plug of the hand clutch (2) ) insert emergency-run-plate instead of the plug screw-in thumb-screw (3) until the driving wheels are blocked fix emergency-run-plate with thumb-screw (4)
  • Page 15 Guarantee The guarantee period for new Wolff machines is one year from the time of delivery/transfer to the customer, unless another period applies pursuant to mandatory legal regulations. When making a claim under guarantee, the invoice and/or proof of purchase must be provided. All repairs covered by the guarantee must be carried out by a Wolff service shop recognised by us.

    5.1 Mise en service mise éliminer Le Turbo-Stripper est équipé d’un interrupteur de service ainsi qu’un témoin lumineux de contrôle. Il couper en cas de panne de secteur. Si le témoin ne s’allume pas, brancher la machine sur une autre prise et vérifier l’alimentation de courant.

    5.3 Réglage du manche La amont du manche permet de l'utiliser de manière très flexible. L'amont d'inclinaison peut être adapté à la taille de la personne. Après le réglage de l'angle d'inclinaison, il peut s'avérer néces- saire de régler la fixation de la manette de commande sur le manche.

    Garantie La durée de la garantie pour les nouvelles machines Wolff s’élève à un an à partir de la remise / livraison au client sauf indication contraire conformément aux prescriptions légales obligatoires.
