STEP 4
1. Attach the left (53) and right push-up bars (61) to the rear base frame (4). Secure with 2
sets of bolts (1k), washers (2d) and nuts (3d).

2. Attach the support frame (60) to the rear base frame (4). Secure with 2 sets of bolts (1k),
washers (2d) and nuts (3d).
3. Insert the chrome-plated guide tubes (7) into the holes of the top frame (57). Secure with 2
sets of bolts (1d) and washers (2d). Install the top frame (57) to the upper lift arm mount (1).
Secure with 2 sets of bolts (1k), washers (2d) and nuts (3d). Attach the top frame (57) to
3d the support frame (60). Secure with 2 sets of bolts (1q), washers (2d) and nuts (3d). Do not
tighten too firmly at this point.

4. Attach the padding mount (62) to the support frame (60). Secure with 2 sets of bolts (1k),
washers (2d) and nuts (3d).
5. Attach the handles (70) (facing downwards) to both padding mounts (62). Secure with 2
sets of bolts (1d) and washers (2d). Attach the padding (58) to the padding mount (62)
using bolts (1L) and washers (2d).
6. Attach the back cushion plate (56) to the support frame (60). Secure with 2 sets of bolts
(1c) and washers (2c).
7. Insert the cross braces (63), (65) into the support frame (60). Then insert the hand pad-
ding (47) and the round padding (64).
8. Attach the backrest (54) to the support frame (60). Secure with 2 sets of bolts (1k), washers
(2d) and knurled pins (32).
9. Insert the cross bar (66) into the backrest (54) and then connect the cross bar (66) to the
backrest (54). Secure with the setscrew (55). Then slide the hand padding (47) onto the
cross bar (66) and place the barbells (59) on the backrest (54).
