2. Remove the four screws on the
bottom of the housing. Open
the housing.
3. If you want to display eight
addresses, set DIP switch No. 7
to "ON."
4. Select
the
according to the code in the
table (Fig. 2) and set the DIP
switches.
5. Connect the cable to the LGB
Bus. Once the LED is flashing
rapidly, programming is com-
plete.
6. Remove the cables.
7. Set all DIP switches to OFF.
Close the housing of the MTS
Display Module.
8. Connect the cables for normal
operation.
Hint: You can use several MTS
Display Modules programmed to
the same address, for example, to
display all switches and signals of
your layout on two separate dis-
play panels.
Programming
the relay terminals:
The relay terminals are factory
pre-set to be open initially (display
off). When the display module
receives a command through the
LGB Bus (for example, "track sec-
tion occupied"), the relay closes
and the display illuminates. Each
relay
terminal
grammed to be closed initially
(display on), to open when a com-
mand is received (display off).
Next to the power terminal inside
the display module are two pins.
Connect the pins using the pro-
vided jumper to program the initial
setting of the relay terminals.
Each relay is programmed using
the DIP switch with the same
number (as described above for
addresses):

sections connected through the
55075 MTS Train Detection Mod-
ule, one light each illuminates
when the track section is occu-
pied. The two MTS Train Detec-
tion Modules are programmed to
addresses 41-44 and 45-48.
1. Program the addresses of the
55077 MTS Display Module. Set
the DIP switches to the first
address block, in this case 41-44
(Fig. 2). Set DIP switch 7 to "ON"
to display eight addresses. The
resulting address block is 41-48.

Hint: The above programming of
the initial setting of the relay ter-
minals is factory pre-set.
