The temperature of the
plate is high. To ensure
long lifetime of the display
the brightness is reduced
depending on the tempera‐
ture of the hob. Above a
certain temperature the
control panel switches off.

Remedy
Let the hob cool down.

Remove the object from
the control panel.
Clean the control panel.

and wait until the display is
off or disconnect the appli‐
ance to the main to return
to the initial condition.
