MACHINE OPERATION

To replace the main brush, remove the rear hopper. Rotate
the brush until the 2 screws indicated in the diagram are
visible. Remove the screws and slide out the brush. To assist
in fitting the new brush, we advise using 2 specials pins that
can be purchased separately, please see the spare parts
manual for the part number.
SIDE BRUSH: ADJUSTMENT
To adjust the side brush, tighten or loosen the screw indicated in the photo, which is located on the side
brush arm close to the machine body. This will increase or decrease the pressure of the side brush on the
floor. Turning the screw in a clockwise direction lowers the brush, anticlockwise raises in. The correct bru-
sh pressure can be identified when the machine is operating, the brush shouldn't leave debris on the floor.
FILTER: REMOVAL AND MAINTENANCE
To access the filter first remove the rear dirt container. The filter is positioned on a screw, on the vacuum fan
tube. To remove the filter, ensure that the hole on the filter and the screw are aligned (indicated by the white
arrow) then pull the base of the filter upwards to release it from the screw.
To clean the filter, tap the filter base against the dirt container or into a waste bin to knock out the dust.
Use short, firm taps, rotating the filter 90 degrees each time until completing a full circle to fully clean the
filter. Alternatively use compressed air (max 6 bar) to carefully blow out the dust from the inside towards the
outside of the filter at a distance of ≥15cm. If necessary the filter can also be washed, repeatedly emerging
it in a container of water or using running water at low pressure. It is very important to ensure that the filter
is completely dry before refitting it on the machine, using the filter while it is wet will cause damage and it
will therefore need to be replaced. Check the filter periodically to ensure that it is in good condition, replace
it if it is worn or has a hole.To refit the filter, line up one of the 4 holes on the filter neck with the screw on the
vacuum fan tube. Check that the hole is intact otherwise the filter may detach during use.

MAINTENANCE

CHECK:
• Main brush pressure, every 15 days
• Side brush pressure, every 15 days
• The brush condition at the end of every use
• The efficiency of the filter at the end of every use
MAIN BRUSH: ADJUSTMENT AND REPLACEMENT
To adjust the main brush, turn the handle (seen in the photo) to increase or decrease pressure according to the floor
type. Turning the handle in a clockwise direction raises the brush, anticlockwise lowers it. To check if brush pressure
is correct, start sweeping and check that that the floor is clean where the machine has passed. If it becomes harder to
push the machine this may indicate that the brush pressure is to high.
REPLACE:
• The filter, once a year
• The rubber dust skirts, when they are worn
• The brushes, when they are worn
