Steel gripping claws: Positioning

Before starting work, the correct positioning and firm hold of the steel gripping claws must be checked.
When changing steel gripping claws, make sure that the rear contact surfaces are absolutely free of dirt.
Otherwise the steel claws may be damaged (broken) when the fastening screws are tightened!
