How to adjust the NextBack correctly
—
09
The relieving head and neck support can be individu-
ally adjusted in height and angle.
You can manually adjust the height of the lumbar
support to find the right position for you. To do this,
slide as close as possible to the backrest and bring
the lumbar support into a comfortable position at ab-
out the height of your lumbar spine.
You can adjust the height of the armrests by pressing
a button on the bottom. To adjust the angle, simply
turn the armrests inwards or outwards. Your armrests
are correctly adjusted when your arms, in an upright
posture, form an extension to the table top and lie
loosely at a 90° angle so that you neither pull your
shoulders up nor take a forward bent sitting position.
You can adjust the height of the seat (arrow up /
down) as well as the horizontal distance to the back-
rest (arrow forward / backward). You are sitting opti-
mally when your lower legs are angled at a 90° angle
and your feet are in firm contact with the floor. Your
spine is in contact with the backrest. A horizontal
adjustment of the seat is useful for you if you have
particularly long legs, for example. For an optimal
height adjustment you can again orient yourself on
the armrests, which should form an extension to the
table top.
With the adjustment switch on the rotary lever you
can set the maximum angle of inclination of the
backrest in 5 steps (7-35°). The tilt resistance can be
set with the rotary switch itself.
