Guarantee Certificate

Every VENDURO cooker hood system and component has been manufactured with
the utmost precision and care and using state-of-the-art equipment� This enables us
to provide you with a full 5-year guarantee for your appliance, subject to the terms and
conditions below�
VENDURO appliances are manufactured with the utmost care and top-quality materials�
This enables us to provide you with a guarantee against any structural fault potentially
occurring during the first 5 years following the sale by the specialist or kitchen installer
to the initial purchaser�
The lighting components, drivers/transformers and starters are not covered under this
guarantee�
This guarantee is strictly limited to the free of charge replacement of any component
returned to us and confirmed by us as faulty, and any costs relating to the process of
dismantling or replacement�
This guarantee does not apply to faults caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or
incorrect installation� Furthermore, the guarantee becomes null and void if the appliance
is repaired or converted using components not manufactured by ourselves� VENDURO
DECLINES ANY LIABILITY for grease filters which have been incorrectly removed or
replaced and drop onto the hob as a result! Always protect your hob whilst replacing the
grease filters!
If a component is found to be faulty, it must be returned to our address through the
intermediary of the specialist or kitchen installer, with all the components removed and
accompanied by a request for replacement under the guarantee by the sender, and also
accompanied by the respective certificate and invoice.
