Z 1472 /. . . und Z 1476 /. . . werden in
Spritz-, Druckgieß- und Stanzwerk-
zeugen zur exakten berührungslosen
Positionsüberwachung von Bewegungs-
abläufen eingesetzt.
Durch die sehr gute Temperatur-
beständigkeit sind sie besonders für
Hochtemperaturanwendungen geeignet.
Ein elektromagnetisches Wechselfeld
gewährleistet, dass elektrisch leitfähige
Werkstücke direkt bei Erreichen dieses
Feldes erkannt werden und so eine ver-
schleißfreie Prozessüberwachung bei
der Produktion sichergestellt ist.

The HASCO proximity switches
Z 1472 /. . . and Z 1476 /. . . are used
in injection and die-casting moulds
and stamping tools for the precise,
contact-free position monitoring
of movement sequences.
With their excellent heat resistance they
are especially suited to high-tempera-
ture applications. An electromagnetic
alternating field enables electrically
conductive workpieces to be detected
as soon as they reach this field, thus
ensuring wear-free process monitoring
during production.
