Is my bike registered for use?
Each of our O2Feel electric bikes comes with a
registration certificate. This certificate comes with
the bike and complies with decree 95-937 on
preventing risks associated with using bicycles.
What damage is covered by my guarantee?
The guarantee covers manufacturing and material
faults. Any incorrect use by you that could cause
damage to the bike will not be covered. With this
in mind, consider registering your electric bike
online to activate your guarantee.
How long is my guarantee for?
O2Feel guarantees all of its electric bikes for 2
years for the batteries and 5 years for the frames.
Repairs will be carried out by your reseller. If the
repair is done by another dealer, you will have to
cover the costs of labour.
What are the benefits of an electric bike in
terms of my health?
In general, electric bikes are strongly
recommended by doctors, who see them as an
excellent way of staying in shape and getting
healthier! They would also like this means of
transport ultimately to replace cars, which are used
too frequently for short journeys.
Is the weight of an electric bike a key factor in
the choice of bike?
It is easier and more enjoyable to ride a light bike,
especially when it comes to folding bikes. That's

of its bikes, and tries to make them as light as
