Running and Scheduling the Automatic Clean Cycle (cont.)
Select the days of the week you would like the clean cycle to run.
Select [save].
Confirm [apply schedule] is checked.
Select [home] to return to the main screen or [back] to return to the previous screen.

Symptoms
1. The remote control does
not have power. Screen is
black and does not
respond to touches.
2. The remote control is on,
but the toilet fails to
respond.
3. Graphic appears or does
not appear when the toilet
is flushing.

Probable Causes
A. The remote control is not
charged.
B. Docking station is not
connected to the toilet.
C. The remote control has locked
while a function is in process.
A. The remote control and toilet
are not communicating.
A. The flushing graphic is enabled
or disabled.

Recommended Action
A. Attach the remote control to the
docking station and allow it to
charge for 30 minutes.
B. Connect the docking station to the
back panel of the toilet.
C1. Using a pen or similar item, push
the reset button on the back of the
remote control.
C2. Call the Customer Care Center
using the information provided on
the back page of this manual.
A1. Remote control is out of range of
the toilet. Move the remote control
closer to the toilet.
A2. Turn the power to the toilet off
using the power button on the back
of the toilet, wait 10 seconds, turn
the power back on.
A3. Using a pen or similar item, push
the reset button on the back of the
remote control.
A4. Reconnect the toilet using the
remote control and select; [settings]
> [maintenance] > [learn remote],
then follow the directions on the
remote control screen.
A5. Call the Customer Care Center
using the information provided on
the back page of this manual.
A1. Disable the flushing graphic using
the remote control and selecting;
[settings] > [feature settings] >
[flushing] > [animated flush]. The
check mark and [animated flush]
will appear grey when the feature
is disabled.
A2. Using a pen, push the reset button
on the back of the remote control.
A3. Call the Customer Care Center
using the information provided on
the back page of this manual.
