Return And Warranty
Exchange and return policy up to 14 days after purchase.
Warranty: 2 years for components such as the gas spring, control mechanism, base and
castors; 2 years for upholstery fabric and textiles under normal use.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been used, assembled, stored, modified or
cleaned with improper cleaning methods or cleaning products. The limited warranty does not
cover normal wear, scratches, impact damage, or when the office chair is installed outdoors
or in a humid environment. The warranty does not cover consequential damages.
