The acoustic concept of the MAILA SUB is based on a planar wave bandpass design with a quarter wave horn and a symmetrical driver structure. By arranging the two 15'' speakers opposite each other, the MAILA SUB enables exceptional impulse compensation, which results in powerful and precise low-frequency pressure.

  • Page 11 SERVICE HINTS • When the subwoofer is switched on, all settings such as PRESET and EQUALIZER are loaded as they were before the subwoofer was switched off. The subwoofer is ready for operation after a short time. • After about 30 seconds without any input via the turn-push encoder, the display system exitsLevels in the menu structure and the main display with the selection VOLUME is automatically displayed.

To exit the menu level, select the arrow symbol and confirm the selection. The preset with 105 Hz crossover frequency is activated as standard (105 Hz system). Activate Bluetooth in the system settings of the active MAILA components. Also activate Bluetooth in the system settings of your tablet and start the MAILA app. The MAILA components with activated Bluetooth within range are now automatically displayed in the MAILA app after a short time.

Der 2,5 kW starke 2x15‘‘ Hochleistungs-Subwoofer arbeitet im Bandpass-Design und liefert mit seinem neu entwickelten SysCore® DSP ein massives und druckvolles Bassfundament in jeder Anwendung. Das akustische Konzept des MAILA SUB basiert auf einem Planarwellen-Bandpass-Design mit Viertel- wellen-Horn und symmetrischem Treiberaufbau.

  • Page 29 POWER Ein- und Ausschalter. Schalten Sie den Lautsprecher stets als letztes Gerät in der Signalkette ein und als erstes Gerät wieder aus. POWER OUTPUT Die PowerCON TRUE1 Netzausgangsbuchse dient der Spannungsversorgung weiterer Systemkomponen- ten. Achten Sie darauf, dass die gesamte Stromaufnahme aller angeschlossenen Geräte den auf dem Gerät in Ampere (A) angegebenen Wert nicht überschreitet! INPUT Symmetrischer Line-Eingang mit verriegelbarer, weiblicher 3-Pol XLR-Buchse.
  • Page 30 BEDIENUNG HINWEISE • Beim Einschaltvorgang werden alle Einstellungen, wie z.B. PRESET und EQUALIZER, so geladen, wie sie vor dem Ausschalten des Subwoofers eingestellt waren. Nach kurzer Zeit ist der Subwoofer betriebsbereit. • Nach circa 30 Sekunden ohne Eingabe per Dreh-Drück-Encoder verlässt das Anzeigesystem untere Ebenen in der Menüstruktur und die Hauptanzeige mit der Auswahl VOLUME wird automatisch angezeigt.
  • Page 31 +0.0 PRESET Um die obere Trennfrequenz des Subwoofers einzustellen, wählen Sie im Hauptmenü PRESET aus, bestätigen, wählen dann das gewünschte Preset aus und bestätigen abermals. Zum Verlassen der Menüebene wählen Sie das Pfeilsymbol aus und bestätigen die Auswahl. Ab Werk ist das Preset mit 105 Hz Trennfrequenz aktiviert (105 Hz System). Verwenden Sie dieses Preset im System mit anderen Komponenten der MAILA Serie.

  • Page 35 MAILA APP Laden Sie die im App Store kostenlos verfügbare MAILA App auf Ihr Tablet und installieren sie. Aktivieren Sie Bluetooth in den Systemeinstellungen der aktiven MAILA Komponenten. Aktivieren Sie Bluetooth ebenfalls in den Systemeinstellungen Ihres Tablets und starten die MAILA App. Die MAILA Komponenten mit aktiviertem Bluetooth in Reichweite werden nun automatisch nach kurzer Zeit in der MAILA App angezeigt.
