4. Slide the crossbar onto the top of the hanger poles.
Insert two 1⁄" bolts through the holes that connect
the crossbar and hanger poles. Secure using two
cap nuts. (See Figure 3)
5. Insert the hanger pole ends through the basket to
the outside of the frame base. Line up the holes in
the hanger pole to the holes in the frame base.
6. Secure hanger poles to the frame base using four
2⁄" bolts. If necessary, use rubber mallet to tap the
bolts into place. Secure using four locknuts and
tighten with wrench. (See Figure 4)
