There are 150 phrases and expressions classified into 10 categories:
1. BUSINESS
2. RESTAURANT
3. HOTEL/ACCOMMODATION
4. IN TOWN
5. TRAVELLING AROUND
It is possible to translate a phrase in any of the 15 languages available.
Using the phrases mode
1. Press
+
to select the phrases mode.
2. The screen briefly shows the language set in the system settings, and then it displays the first option of the
phrases mode.
3. The first category is displayed. Press ENTER to confirm.
4. Or press
to view the next category. Press ENTER to confirm. The first phrase of the category will be shown.
5. Press
to see the next phrase in the list. Press
6. Press a language key to view the translation in the target language.

There are two types of telephone directory: BUSINESS and PERSONAL.
1. Press

once for PERSONAL and twice for BUSINESS. A maximum of 11 lines can be input per field.
2. Enter JOHN SMITH and press ENTER.
3. Enter NEW YORK and press ENTER.
4. Press
to input numbers, then key in a phone number and press ENTER.
5. On the FAX# line, input a number and press ENTER.
6. Press
to enter characters. Input "FRIEND" on the NOTE line and press ENTER.
