When not in use, allow the pad to cool down before folding.
If you detect a defect in your sanowell heating pad, or if you have dropped the pad
in water, pull the power plug out of the power outlet immediately. Do not touch the
heating pad until the power circuit has been interrupted!
The heating pad must be returned to the manufacturer or its agent if the thermal link has
ruptured.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid any hazard.
Your sanowell heating pad may only be repaired and opened by an expert authorized
by hofmann gmbh, otherwise the guarantee will expire.
Operation
With your sanowell electric heating pad, you can enjoy pleasant, relaxing warmth at several
temperature settings. The fastening strip allows you to position the pad on the desired body
part, applying heat and increasing the blood circulation in that area to soothe tense muscles.
Using your sanowell ComfortTherm heating pad
Insert the power plug into a power outlet. The orange indicator lamp (Auto-Off) and the
display screen light up for a moment and show that the heating pad is ready for use.
Use the On/Off button to switch on your sanowell heating pad. The "L" in the display
shows that the pad is set to the lowest heat setting. To increase the heat, press the
temperature button until the desired heat setting is shown in the display.
The sanowell ComfortTherm heating pads have 11 heat settings: L (lowest heat setting),
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and H (highest heat setting).
After 180 minutes, the heating pad is shut off automatically. The orange lamp (Auto-Off)
lights up and shows that the heating pad has stopped heating up. If you want to start
the pad again after the 180 minutes have elapsed, press the On/Off button.
If you want to shut off the pad sooner, also press the On/Off button.
Please remember to always remove the power plug from the power outlet after use.
