• Clean all the parts of the device immediately
after use.
• If liquid got between the body
wipe the body dry and then use the device
again, Pic. B-2.
• Turn off the device. Unplug it.
• Remove the pusher from the feeding chute.
• Make sure that the moving parts stopped. After
that remove detach the cup's lid turning it counter
clockwise, Pic. D-1.
• Remove the disc holder or shredder
and remove the nozzle holder

• Remove the cup from the body turning it counter
clockwise, Pic. D-3.
• All removable parts of the device can be washed in
the dishwasher, Pic. D-4. Water temperature must
not be higher than 60°C.
• Wipe the motor unit with a soft damp cloth. In
order to prevent electrical shock do not immerse
the motor unit into the water.
• Thoroughly dry all the parts after cleaning and store
in dry clean place.
Solutions
Unplug the device and wait until the voltage
normalizes.
Unplug the device and let it cool for 15-20 min.
Then plug it again and turn it on.
If the problem persists contact OURSSON ser-
vice center.
Turn off the device and unplug it. Remove the lid
turning it counter clockwise. Remove the stuck
ingredient.
