• Use warm water to help loosen the water supply hoses and drain hose, and
then disconnect them. Soak them in warm water.
• Fill the spin basket with warm water, and then wait for about 10 minutes.
• Put a hot towel on the drain hose connector.
• Reconnect the water supply hoses and drain hose, and then check if water
is supplied properly.
• Make sure the drain hose is not clogged, and is hung over the drain hose
hook. Fill the spin basket halfway with water, and try spinning again.
• Lift the end of the drain hose to prevent water from draining. Fill the spin
basket halfway with water, and then run the Spin cycle after releasing the
drain hose.
• Make sure the drain hose is installed correctly. Adjust the position of the
drain hose as instructed.
• Select an appropriate cycle for the laundry. Use the HEAVY DUTY cycle
only for severely stained and soiled clothes.
• Apply a recommended amount of detergent as instructed by the detergent
manufacturer.
• Clean the magic filter (if it comes with your washer) on a regular basis.
• Excessive suds collect in recesses and can cause foul odors.
• Run a SELF CLEAN cycle to sanitize periodically.
• Dry the washing machine interior after a cycle has finished.
• Heavy wash loads may cause a thumping sound, and it is normal.
• If the thumping sound continues, the washer may be out of balance. Stop
the washer and redistribute the load in the washer.
• The LED on the Softener or Detergent button blinks when the detergent or
softener level is low.
- Refill the corresponding compartment.
- If the LED blinks, immediately refill the softener or detergent. A later
refill may cause the input level of the agent to decrease.
• The Auto Dispense System does not work if the LEDs on the Softener and
Detergent buttons are turned off.
- Press Detergent or Softener to select the desired dosage level.
- The Detergent or Softener options automatically turns off in the WOOL,
DELICATES, and ACTIVEWEAR cycles. To dispense detergent/softener
in the WOOL, DELICATES, and ACTIVEWEAR cycles, press Detergent or
Softener to select the desired dosage level.
