Fasten the HINGES (14H) to the DOOR (K). Use six BLACK 1/2"
FLAT HEAD SCREWS (11S).

Open the LID SUPPORT KITS (64H), and fasten the END
BRACKETS to the DOOR (K). Use four of the SCREWS provided.

NOTE: Position the END BRACKETS exactly as shown.
