MANUAL This function is for normal lens or vari-focal lens like this camera serie.
System automatically adjusts the iris level to control the brightness. This function is valid only for Auto Iris lens and

SHUTTER / AGC Shutter speed & AGC setting, it determines the image brightness under low lux or bright condition
AUTO Mode and brightness setting of the HIGH / LOW LUMINANCE

WHITE BAL
White balance mode setting, it determines the way the color is produced
ANTI CR Color Rolling suppress
MANUAL Manually adjust the white balance
