Note: Please note the number on the key (if available) and store it in a safe place.
This number may also be on the lock. It will be needed if extra keys are ordered.
Step 1 : Slide Legs (#1) into square holes cut in Tray (#2) until bolt holes are aligned at
top of Legs (#1).
Step 2 : Insert Bolt (#9) and Washers (#10) into hole on Leg (#1) and Tray (#2). Fasten
Bolt (#9) using Spring Washer (#11) and Washer (#10). DO NOT TIGHTEN NUT
COMPLETELY AT THIS TIME. Repeat this procedure on all four corners.
Step 3 : Slide Connect Leg (#3) into square holes cut in bottom Tray (#2) until bolt
holes are aligned at top of Connect Legs (#3) (the plastic end should be
placed toward the ground).
Step 4:
Repeat Step 2 with bottom Tray (#2).
Step 5:
Connect with the Legs (#1, #3).
Step 6 : Insert Bolt (#6) and Washers (#8) into hole on Leg (#1) and Connect Leg (#3).
Fasten Bolt (#6) using Spring Washer (#7) and Washer (#8). DO NOT
TIGHTENNUT COMPLETELY AT THIS TIME. Repeat this procedure on all
four corners.
Step 7 : Insert Casters (#4, #5) into the plastic end of Connect Leg (#3).
NOTE: Insert the two Locking Casters (#5) at the same end of the cart.
Step 8 : Now go back and tighten all loose nut and bolts
(Suggested torque: 60 in-lb).
