4. During assembly, dress properly. do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Tie
back long hair.
5. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
6. Use safety equipment during assembly. Always wear eye protection. Always
wear ANSI-approved safety goggles when assembling the Service Cart.
7. Do not force the product. Use the correct product for your application. The
correct product will do the job better and more safely than another product. Do
not force the product and do not use it for a purpose for which it is not intended.
8. Store Service Cart out of reach of children and other untrained persons.
9. Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your
model. Accessories that may be suitable for one product may become hazardous
when used on another product.
10. Maintain labels and nameplates on the Service Cart (if available). These carry
important information.
11. Maintain a safe working environment. Make sure there is adequate surrounding
workspace. Do not use this product in a damp or wet location.
12. Make certain caster wheels are locked in position when the Service Cart is
stationary.
13. Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 200 lb (91 kg) or 100 lb (45.4 kg)/shelf.
14. Use on a flat, level surface capable of supporting the Service Cart and the products
in it.
15. Keep the lid and all drawers (if available) on this Service Cart closed and locked
when not in use. This prevents children from opening any of the drawers
and prevents misuse of any tools stored within. Keep keys in a safe location out of
the reach of children.
16. Load tools evenly. As much as possible, distribute the weight of all tools stored
in this Service Cart evenly.
17. Do not use this Service Cart as a stepping stool or ladder. Never sit, stand, or
climb on this Service Cart.
18. Avoid tipping. Do not overload or overstack this Service Cart. Overloading can
damage drawers and casters and could possibly result in tipping and personal injury.
Overstacking can result in tools or other objects sliding or falling from the Service
Cart and could result in damaged tools and/or personal injury.
19. Be aware of dynamic loading! Dropping or bouncing a load may briefly create
excess load, causing product damage, severe personal injury, and/or death.
