Troubleshooting
Check and take steps as described below.
If the described suggestions do not solve the problem, it is recommended to take the unit to your
nearest authorized Panasonic service centre. The product should be serviced only by qualified
personnel. Please refer checking and repair to professionals.

repair after your checking.

I f the unit is out of order (no power, no sound) or in an abnormal state (has foreign objects in
it, is exposed to water, is smoking, or smells), turn it off immediately and consult your dealer or
authorized Panasonic service centre.

Turn the main power on.

T he Cigarette Lighter Adapter (included) or AC Charger
(option) is not connected properly.
Check the connection.

F use is blown.

service centre.

The internal battery has run out of power.
Use CN-GP50N connected to the Cigarette Lighter
Adapter (included) or AC Charger (option).
When using the unit with the internal battery,
charge the battery.
