3. SETTING THE TIME AND CALENDAR

The crown of your CHRIS BENZ DEEP 1000M model is a screw-lock type and has to be opened fi rst
before settings can be made! Please don´t open the crown in the water or if the watch is wet. The
watch will be only water-resistant if the crown is locked and securely closed.

3. SETTING THE TIME AND CALENDAR
SETTING THE TIME:
To stop the second hand open the crown and pull
it out to the second position (2).
You can set the minute and hour hand by turning the crown.
As soon as you push the crown back into the basic position
the secound hand will start again.
SETTING THE CALENDAR:
Pull the crown out to the fi rst position (1).
You can set the weekday and date by turning the crown.
After setting time and calendar please push back the crown
in basic position and screw it securely.
ATTENTION: Don´t set weekday and date between 9:00 PM and
4:00 AM otherwise it could impete proper function of your watch.
