Safety instructions
Read all instructions before use
• Improper use may result in personal injury.
• Only use this product for charging compatible electric vehicles.
• Inspect the product for visible damage before every use.
• Never attempt to repair or use the product if it is damaged.
• A damaged cable may cause overheating.
• Do not immerse the product in water, subject it to physical abuse or
insert foreign objects in any part of the product.
• Never use an adapter between the EV connector and the electric vehicle
or between the plug and the EV charging station socket outlet.
• Never attempt to disassemble the product in any way.
• Stop using the product immediately if a fault or abnormality occurs when
charging, if the product overheats or if the cable is damaged.
• Keep the plug and EV connector dry, and take appropriate care when
operating in wet conditions.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not leave the product unattended near children.
• Use a damp cloth and mild detergent to clean the product. Keep the
EV connector's connection surfaces (metal pins and sleeves) dry while
cleaning.
• Store the product in a cool, dark place.
Neglecting to follow and carry out the abovementioned directions, instructions and safety
precautions implies that any warranty provisions will be cancelled and that Charge Amps can
reject any and all claims for compensation in connection with any injuries/damage or incidents –
direct or indirect – that are a result of such negligence.
