CONFORMITE D'UTILISATION Utiliser l’appareil uniquement pour le maintien des aliments à une température comprise entre 2°C et 10°C (sauf la viande). FONCTIONNEMENT / MANIPULATION a) Installation/Montage : - Positionner l’appareil sur une surface stable et horizontale. - Enlever les films de protection de l’appareil. - Positionner les accessoires. - Une distance de 10 cm minimum avec la cloison ou le mur est nécessaire. - Ne jamais placer l’appareil près d’une cloison composée de matériaux combustibles, même bien isolés.

La température homogène est obtenue par la circulation de l’air à travers un évaporateur. Celui-ci est à une température négative lorsque le compresseur fonctionne.
