OPERATION - Before first use
1. Remove the sushi making set from the packaging, and remove all packaging materials.
2. Clean the set to remove any manufacturing residues (see "Cleaning and maintenance - Sushi making
set").
OPERATION - How to make sushi
First boil the sushi rice and let the rice cool.

Step 1: Place rice mold D over rice mold A
Step 2: Now place a nori (seaweed) leaf in the rice mold.
Step 3: Fill the bottom of the nori leaf with rice until the rice mold is about
half full. Now use rice mold G to make a slit in the middle of the
rice.
Step 4: Now place the desired ingredients in the slit and fill the rice mold
with a layer of rice until it is full.
Step 5: Fold the nori leaf around the rice.
Step 6: Place rice mold E on top of the sushi and press down.
Step 7: Cut with a sharp knife (not included) along the slits of the mold to
make equal pieces of sushi.
HEART SHAPED SUSHI

Step 2: Now place a nori (seaweed) leaf in the rice mold.
Step 3: Fill the bottom of the nori leaf with rice until the rice mold is about

sushi and press down.
