1. Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/1597) as amended (SI 2011/1043, SI 2011/2157, SI
2019/696) conformity assessment procedure according to Part 3, 11. (2) (a) with reference to designated

2. Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016 (SI 2016/1091) as amended (SI 2017/1206, SI 2019/696)
under consideration of designated standard EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61000-6-4
3. Noise Emissions in the Environment by Equipment for use Outdoors Regulations 2001 (SI 2001/1701) as
amended (SI 2001/3958, SI 2005/3525, 2015/98) under consideration of Annex V and designated standard EN
ISO 3744, internal combustion engine only.
4. The Radio Equipment Regulations 2017 (if fitted with relevant optional equipment)
