The warranty covers all malfunction and issues with the components of the e-scooter or
other problems caused by faulty manufacturing. Normal wear and tear, as well as
damages caused by the user, are not covered.
The warranty is valid only with the original warranty document or purchase document.
The warranty is not valid if the e-scooter:
• has been opened, rebuilt, or repaired by the customer or any unauthorized after-sales
service
