BE CAREFUL OF SHARP EDGES. THE CUTTER
BLADE ASSEMBLY CAN ROTATE AS THE DECK IS
MANEUVERED. WEAR GLOVES WHEN HANDLING
THE MOWER DECK AND CUTTER BLADES.
REMOVE SPARK PLUG WIRE FROM SPARK PLUG
AND KEY FROM IGNITION BEFORE DOING ANY
ASSEMBLY OR MAINTENANCE TO THE MOWER.
MULTIPLE PERSON OR MECHANICAL LIFT
REQUIRED. THE RC4432 MOWER WEIGHS 675 LBS.
DO NOT TRY TO LIFT ALONE.
ASSEMBLY
TOOLS REQUIRED
• Wrenches
• Tire Pressure Gauge
• Side Cutter or Industrial Scissors
• Safety Goggles and Gloves
• Tow Vehicle
REMOVE THE MOWER FROM THE SHIPPING CRATE
1.
Remove any loose parts or packaging from the crate.
2.
Remove debris guards and tongue from crate.
3.
Remove parts bags from storage canister.
4.
Remove bolts and nuts from legs and braces securing top
frame of crate to bottom frame. Use two people to lift top frame
off and set aside.
5.
Remove nuts, bolts and tabs securing mower deck to lower
crate frame.
6.
Using the supplied M12 nuts and bolts (quantity 10), install
front and rear debris guards and deflector to mower deck. Torque
bolts to 70 ft-lbs (95 Nm).
