5.4. Maintain the engine

5.5 Checking the mounting screws
Regularly check all mounting screws and make sure they are properly tightened.
If any of the screws loosen, tighten them immediately. Failure to do so may result in serious danger.
6. Check the accessory
The accessory may loose due to excessive use. Always pay attention to the retainer of the
accessory. If wear is detected, refer to an authorized service center.
7. Check the carbon brushes
The engine uses carbon brushes that are consumables. When wearing out or close to the "wear
margin", the light indicator is switched on. Make sure the carbon brushes move freely.
8. Replacement procedure
The procedure must be performed by Raider's authorized service center.
9.Protection of the environment.
For the environmental protection of the power tool, the electrical appliances and
packaging must undergo appropriate processing for the re-use of the valuable raw
materials contained therein. Do not dispose of power tools in household waste!
According to EU Directive 2012/19 / EC on end-of-life electrical and electronic devices
and the validation and as a national law, power tools that can no longer be used must
be separately collected and subjected to appropriate processing for the recovery of the
contents making them valuable raw materials.
