the water bath. The water must
cover at least the whole of the
lower heating element and
reach the FILL mark on the side
of the water bath.
• Do not overfill the water
bath. Leave enough room for
the bags containing the food.
Add more water, if necessary,
after the food bags have
been placed in the product so
that the bags are completely
submerged. Do not fill above
the MAX water level mark.
• Be careful when handling
the product when it contains
hot water or other hot liquid.
Always allow the water to
cool before emptying the
water bath.
• Open the lid carefully when
the product is hot, as hot
water collects on the inside of
the lid during use. Wear oven
gloves when lifting the lid,
and tilt it slightly to allow the
water on the inside of the lid
to run back into the bath.
• To disconnect the product
from the power supply, press
the power switch to turn it
off and then unplug it from
the wall socket.
