Guarantee
IEH products are inspected to ensure they comply with the valid regulations and are manufactured
with great care. The guarantee is subject to legal provisions and is only valid, if the device is
returned to the specialist supplier in its original condition along with all components and is
accompanied by a dated receipt and a description of the defects found.
For a valid guarantee claim, IEH will repair or exchange the device as it deems appropriate
within due course. If the guarantee claim is invalid (e. g. if the guarantee term has expired, if faults
are not covered by the guarantee or if the device has been opened) IEH will endeavour to repair the
device at a reasonable price.
The guarantee liability does not cover natural wear and tear, changes resulting from environmental
influence or transport damage, or damage resulting from non-compliance with the fixing instructions
and/or non-compliance with the valid regulations/standards during installation.
Bulbs, batteries and rechargeable batteries supplied are not covered by the guarantee. IEH accepts
no liability for indirect or consequential damage or damage to property.
