STEP 9: Remove the protective film & assemble and install the drain tubes.
9A- Remove all of the
protective plastic film
from the canister.
9B- Slide the rubber washers onto the drain tubes.
Insert the drain tube into the canister.
Both sides.
If the truck has a drop in bed liner-
9D- To ensure proper drainage outside of the truck bed, it is necessary to remove the bed liner to access bed plugs to route the drain tubes.
Please note: bed liner access hole location may
vary depending on bed/liner type.
9E- Remove plug seals for drain tube modification. Securely reinstall supplied plug seals. NOTE: Driver side/Passenger side specific:
9F- Pre-install front set of drain tubes through plug seals
BEFORE reinstalling bed liner.
This simplifies routing of drain tubes.
9C- Drain tubes should be routed through the truck bed
and out to the side of the truck.
NOTE: Drain tubes are installed loose through the box and
may vibrate out of the plug seal during vehicle operation.
Check that the drain tubes remain routed without slack out
of the truck bed.
To simplify bed liner removal lift up from
the center to disengage the sides from
under the truck bed rails.
DRIVER SIDE
For proper water drainage,
be sure to route the drain
hose out of the truck
toward the outside of the
vehicle, removing all slack.
The bed access ports may vary depending on
the vehicle and bed type.

PASSENGER SIDE
9G- Reinstall bed liner. Note: Front drain
tubes must be routed through access
holes during installation. Use caution
to avoid pulling tubes out of plug seals.
