CLEANING AND CARE
• Disconnect the power connection and remove the plug
connection from the blanket prior to cleaning the blanket.
• The heated blanket may be washed by hand or in the washing machine
with mild detergent at 40°C.
Important
• Do not iron the heated blanket
• Please do not use any chlorine-based cleaning agents.
• Do not have the heated blanket dry-cleaned.
• The heated blanket cannot be dried in a dryer
• Do not use pressure cleaners
• Please ensure that the thermostat does not come into contact with any liquids. The liquid could
cause damages.
• Never use the heated blanket while it is wet or damp. The heated blanket can not be switched on
while it is drying.
• Let the heated blanket air-dry. Do not use laundry pins to hang it. This could damage the wires.
STORAGE AND PERIODIC INSPECTION
• Do not wrinkled the device. Fold the product carefully for storage.
• Store the device at a dry location if it is not in use.
• Let the device cool off prior to folding or rolling it.
• Regularly inspect the device and power cord for possible signs of wear or damage.
• Do not use chemical moth protection.
• Do not place any heavy objects on top of the device while storing it, these could damage electric
wires.
• Please return the device to your point of sale in case of any wear or malfunction.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR TERMS
Please contact your dealer or the service centre in case of a claim under the warranty. If you have to
return the unit, please enclose a copy of your receipt and state what the defect is.
The following warranty terms apply:
1. This product is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. In case of a warranty claim, the
date of purchase has to be proven by means of the sales receipt or invoice.
2. Defect in material or workmanship will be removed free of charge within the warranty period.
3. Repairs under warranty do not extend the warranty period either for the unit or for the replacement
parts.
4. The following is excluded under the warranty:
a. A damage which has arisen due to improper treatment, e.g. non-observance of the user instructions.
b. All damage which is due to repairs or tampering by the customer or unauthorised third parties.
c. Damage which arisen during transport from the manufacturer to the consumer or during trans-
port to the service centre.
d. Accessories which are subjected to normal wear and tear.
5. Liability for direct or indirect consequential losses caused by the unit are exluded even if the
damage to the unit is accepted as a warranty claim.If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid
the hazard.
