Wear suitable protective gloves when sharpening the
blade sections.
1. Clamp the blade in a vice.
2. Sharpen the exposed side of the blade teeth with a
file.
3. Carefully push the blade further by hand so that the
unsharpened blade teeth are accessible.
4. Sharpen the exposed side of all blade teeth with a
file.
As the battery pack ages, even if it is looked after, its ca-
pacity reduces such that the full run time will no longer
be reached when fully charged. This does not indicate a
defect.
Rectification
 Remove cutting material from the blade.
 Stop working and allow the motor to cool
down.
 Clean the shaft ends of adhering dirt.
 Only place the accessories on clean sur-
faces.

Vibration and noise value
The total vibration values given and the noise emission
values given were measured according to a standard
test procedure and can be used to compare one tool
with another. The declared total vibration values and the
declared noise emission values can also be used for a
preliminary exposure assessment.
WARNING
Vibration and noise emissions during actual use of the
power tool may differ from the values given, depending
on the tool and in particular the type of workpiece used.
Identify the safety measures to protect the operator on
the basis of an exposure estimate under actual use con-
ditions (taking into account all parts of the operating cy-
cle, such as the release time).
