Assembly
The length and depth stop (1) are supplied pre-assembled. To mount it on the bow punch, unscrew the countersunk screw (4) to remove the stop plate
(5).
Now, replace the transport securing device (9) with the square aluminum profile of the length and depth stop. Release the clamping lever (7). When
removing the transport securing device, make sure that the pressure disk (8) does not fall out. After inserting the aluminum profile, mount the stop plate

Adjustment range 0 – 300 mm.
The setting dimension, which indicates the distance from the punch center,
can be read from the angle plate (10).

Adjusting the depth stop

By releasing the clamping lever (7) the length and depth stop can be
moved to a different position.
Grasp the length stop with both hands and set the desired dimension.
Tighten the clamping lever (7) as much as necessary to ensure that the
pressure is sufficient to prevent the stop from moving.
CAUTION: Excessive force can lead to component damage!
Working with the length stop
Adjustment range on both sides of the cylinder 37 – 500 mm. A scale is provided behind the flip stops (2+3). The setting dimension can only be read
when the flap of the flip stop (2) is folded back. The setting dimension can be read on the flap side that faces the cylinder (2.1).
Adjusting the length stop
- Fold back flap of flip stop (2.1)
- Release clamping lever of flip stop (2.2)
- Adjust flip stop to desired dimension
- Tighten clamping lever finger-tight
- Fold flap of flip stop forward
Flip stops can be reordered individually. To mount them, a lateral plastic cover plate (6) must first be removed. When removing the plate make sure that it
does not get stuck and, as a result, destroyed.
