Before attempting to carry out any maintenance work, be sure to disconnect the steam/vacuum
appliance from the mains by removing the plug from the wall socket.
The appliance will only be disconnected from the mains supply once the plug is removed from the
socket.
When maintenance is over, before re-connecting the steam/vacuum appliance to the mains, ensure
that all parts have been reassembled properly.
Cleaning the recovery tank and accessories.
Check the state of vacuumed debris at regular intervals. Empty the recovery tank and clean both
tank and accessories with water and neutral detergents at each use of the appliance.
For improved accessories performance, clean the O-ring seals at regular intervals and grease with
Sanivap lubicrating.
Maintaining the boiler
The boiler should be serviced on average every 300 hours of work. If very hard water (>30°Fr)
is used, reduce maintenance intervals.
Wash the boiler using a suitable de-scaling peoduct - it can be ordered from our authorised service
centres. Do not use products other than those specifically reccomended for cleaning the boiler.
