Brake Control Wiring Harness
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Note: This harness has been
designed for use with Valley™
brake controls containing a
pre-wired harness conector
(Fig. 1). For all other brake controls, use
Valley harness part number 30412.
1. Read instructions thoroughly before beginning.
2. Locate the vehicles OEM brake control connector under
the dash (Fig. 2). The connector
will be similar to that found on the
Brake Control Wiring Harness and
designed to mate with it (Fig. 3).
Refer to the vehicles owners
manual for additional information
in locating this connector.
3. Connect the brake control
wiring harness to the brake control
by plugging the mating connectors
together. Ensure that the locking
tabs are engaged (Fig. 4).
4. Plug the opposite end of the brake control wiring
harness into the vehicle's mating connector located during
step 2, ensuring that the locking tabs engage.
