Air Pressure Switch - Luna ACD1.5-24 Mode D'emploi

If the compressor doesn´t operate satisfactory following points have to be checked:
1. Air leakage by the air pressure switch when compressor is not operating:
It is possible, that the reason of such a leakage is connected with ebbing valve (No 13). Open the drain
plug (No 6) and release the tank from all compressed air. Unscrew the nut to the return valve and clean
the base device, as well as the small rubber pugging. Assemble again. If this not help replace the return
valve.
2. If the compressor stops and will not start again:
a. Disconnect the electric power.
b. Check if the automatic fuse has cut out. Wait approx. 2 min and start again.
c. Check the fuses of electrical supply system.
d. Check that the compressor pump is not blocked by moving the fan wheel around.
e. Check the pressure switch (No 4) - if there is any electrical errors.
3. If the compressor doesn´t stop:
a. Disconnect the electric power.
b. Check the pressure switch (No 4) - if there is any electrical errors.
4. If the compressor doesn´t compress any air and is overheating:
The gaskets or some of the valves have been damaged. Disassemble the motor top (when the compres-
sor has cooled down) and change the damaged devices for the new ones. Also the valve plate has to be
cleaned carefully.

Upper or lower pressure border regulatory screws.
Constant pressure difference approximately 2 bars.
