6. Installation and commissioning

1. Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Make sure that you
have definitely removed all parts before you dispose of the packa-
ging materials in an environmentally friendly manner.
2. Now attach the connection hose with the check valve (Fig. 2) to the
'Water Outlet' output of the watering computer. Use an approx. 20
cm long piece of 8 mm hose for this.
3. Now lay out the supply hose (8 mm) as shown in Figure 1. Install
the 6 reducers 8/4/8 mm into this line (as required). Please note
that each reducer can supply max. 1 water sprinkler with water.

- Unscrew the two screw connections from the
T-piece (Fig. 3/1).
- Insert the hose through the screw socket and
push it firmly onto the cone provided on the
T-piece (Fig. 3/2).
- Push the two screw connections over the hoses
and tighten them.
Note: Please only tighten the screw connections by hand. Do not use
pliers or similar for this.
4. As soon as you have laid out the main supply hose, close it at the
end with the hose cap supplied (Fig. 4).
5. Now position the 6 water sprinklers as shown in Figure 1. The wa-
ter connection is made via the 4 mm outlet hose. In order to ensure
a good and stable water supply, at least 3 sprinklers should be
connected to the irrigation computer.
6. Now attach the sprinkler nozzle to the ground spike (Fig. 5/1) and
insert it into the ground.
7. Now connect the 4 mm outlet hose to the water connection of the
ground spike (Fig. 5/2), the other end is connected to the 4 mm
outlet of the T-piece.
8. Now switch on the watering computer on its underside (ON /
OFF). Then press the 'TEST MODE' button on the touch control
panel. The system now draws in water and, at the same time, ven-
tilates itself. Once water is coming from all the sprinklers, please
press the 'MODE SELECT' button until the desired watering time
appears. The system will now water automatically at sunrise and
sunset.
Note: Please also note the operating instructions for the watering
computer!
