Using the 5mm hex key, attach the toggle clamp
with (4) M8 x 12 bolts and (4) M8 lock washers.
Tighten bolts to 16 ft/lbs (22Nm).

Secure the toggle clamp.

Using a 13mm wrench
tighten "A" bolts until snug.
Lever should require some force to close. It will break-in
and require retensioning from time to time.
