Fitting instructions
1)
Remove the exhaust out of the filling up rubbers. Remove the floorcovering, the fixing hooks and the
inner coating out of the trunk.
2)
Drill the indentations, which are provided in the base plate and which match the provided drillings at the
bottom, through with ø10,5mm, enlarge these drillings till ø21mm. Insert through these drillings the
filling pieces (-e) and (-f) in the chassis beams. Place the plates (-g) and (-h) with points (A) and (B) on
the filling tubes in the trunk and insert the bolts. Place the tow bar with points (A) and (B) against the
underside of the chassis beam on the provided drillings. Place the washers, the security washers and the
nuts and tighten everything firmly.
3)
Assemble the folding socket plate P05 (see further).
4)
Assemble the ball or the pedestal of the escamotable system. Tighten everyhting firmly.
Fitting instructions P05
1)
Screw the spring press bolts M10 in the welded nut of the plug plate according to figure 1. Make sure that
only the little ball comes over the plug plate.
2)
Mount the plug plate with bolt M12x30, place the nylon washer in between the plug plate and the
fastening support of the tow bar (figure 2). Screw in the security nut but make sure that the plug plate can
still move.
3)
Arrange the spring press bolts till the bolt almost comes against the fastening support.
Figure 3 and 4 show the plug plate 'switched on' and 'off'.
Note : be careful when switching the positions on-off.
