Possible Causes
Items detected in the washer/dryer
when running a Clean Washer with
affresh
cycle.

Excessive suds in washer/dryer.
Washer/dryer is running a suds
reduction routine. Allow the wash
cycle to continue.
Load could be unbalanced or too
large.
Problem detected with the washer/
dryer.

Open circuit or short circuit fault

detected. The wash function is still
operable, but the dry function will

Solution
Remove load and restart the Clean Washer with affresh
Use only HE detergent.
Avoid tightly packing the washer/dryer. Avoid washing single
items. Balance a single item with such as a rug or jeans with
a few extra items.
Try resetting the washer/dryer by unplugging it from the outlet
and then plugging it back in. If unsuccessful, call for service.
